Give us a call — the list above covers our most-served towns, but we regularly take on jobs in nearby communities throughout MA and RI. If you're close to our coverage zone, we'll likely be able to help.
Do you charge a travel fee?+
No travel fees within our standard coverage area. For jobs well outside the zone, we'll be upfront about any additional cost before booking — no surprises.
How quickly can you get to me?+
Most appointments are booked within 3–5 business days. For urgent issues (visible lint buildup, dryer not drying, burning smell), call us directly and we'll do our best to fit you in sooner.
Do you service condos, apartments, or commercial buildings?+
Yes. We work with homeowners, condo associations, hotels, salons, laundromats, and any business with clothes dryers. Contact us for multi-unit pricing.
Will you confirm before driving out?+
Absolutely. We confirm every appointment the day before and provide a 2-hour arrival window so you're not stuck waiting.
